We do not collect any personal data. The app runs entirely on your device. Specifically:

• No usage analytics or tracking
• No cookies or advertising identifiers
• No third-party analytics SDKs

The app stores the following data locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device:

• Timer presets — your custom round/rest/interval configurations
• Session history — records of completed training sessions (rounds, duration, timestamps)
• Settings — your sound, haptic, and voice preferences

The app may request access to the following device features:

• Motion/Accelerometer — for shake-to-pause functionality. Data is processed on-device only and never recorded or transmitted.
• Proximity sensor — for auto-pause when the phone is held to your face. Data is processed on-device only.
• Audio/Background audio — to play timer bells and voice announcements while the screen is locked.

The app does not integrate any third-party services, analytics, advertising networks, or cloud storage.

The app does not collect any personal data from anyone, including children under 13.
